that feeling when playing fiora gets hit by hard cc when using w hits the enemy champ and doesn't stun them but when playing against a fiora stuns every single time even when there is no cc. makes sense lots of sense. Also towers don't change their attack target when your under attack but the second you try to attack an enemy champ under tower instant target change. dafq is with that.
