Ideas for New Stuff

I know that Riot wrote they would not accept ideas for Champions or Skins here because it simply would be too much. But i really want Riot to read this idea because i personally find this totally awesome and i would like to have some feedback on it because i am actually thinking about working at riot's championdesign. I am too young right now but i have already created over 30 Champion concepts and at least some of them are quite cool. I think this one here is probably one of the best ones:

MOST IMPORTANT PART: A Champion who can NOT use Auto-attacks but instead has for example a Q ability wich's cooldown is based on the attackspeed of the champion and it shoots skillshots instead of Auto attacks. I designed it on a cowboychampion and it had 6 charges (some kind like graves and jhin have Autoattack charges).

I personally think this could be a pretty awesome champion and Riot is usually making a good job in bringing new creative abilitys to life on a champion (like Ekko's W or Ult, or Poppy's Ultimate).

Im sorry if i have grammar or spelling mistakes in here but i dont have english as my mother tongue :) I would be REALLY happy about some feedback.
