Mordekaiser is OP at this moment and need some changes,i try him and nobody can 1 vs 1 me in every game i played in low and high divisions,this is not good for the game health !!!

His declining winrate says otherwise, morde is fairly easy to beat in lane, much easier then darius or even garen in fact

He's OP only if you allow him to play his game. Take a high mobility ranged champ into him and he's pretty weak.

or any juggernaut or fighter.....so basically any top laner

I wouldn't say that is necessarily true. I've seen some jungle mords and a bot lane mord that were next to impossible to deal with. Mord seems to snowball easily. Maybe he's secretly a snowman.
