leaverbuster needs a fix

I used to play on a toaster 3+ years ago and my laptop would frequently overheat, which is understandable I got slapped with it so much, but ive recently started playing again, and I get hit with 20 minute queues for 5 games, because my game froze and I restarted my computer to get back in , I rejoined and finished the match with my team, who was crushing without me

this is my 2nd time being hit with it in the span of a month, and I had only disconnected twice, once a few minutes before the game ended. this is ridiculous, ive spent money and time on this account and too be punished for disconnects from 2014 is insane. please fix.
