I would highly recommend changing your champion pool. Many of those champions (i.e. Nidalee, Rek'sai, Zed) are rather difficult to take full advantage of. If you aren't playing them properly, you would have a much easier time climbing with simpler, more reliable champions.
I would probably recommend trying the following champion:
- Jungle: Amumu, Volibear, Xin Zhao
- Mid: Lux, Annie, Morgana, Swain, Cho'gath
They are simpler to play, more reliable in their damage, scale well as the game progresses and provide more utility (making them useful even when somewhat behind).
To be frank, playing complex and difficult champions is more than likely holding you back. You won't be able to play them competently and you will be holding yourself back playing them.
They are balanced around players using them near their skill-cap; they are very versatile champions with many options, but that versatility means nothing if you can't use it properly.
Pick simpler champions. They will be far more reliable.
