Ability to turn on/off indicator/quickcast for abilities, on every single champion.

The title doesn't say much. but basically the idea is that certain champion abilities are better when used with or without quickcast. I understand that there is the option in the in-game menu to make a certain key for an ability be quickcast/not quickcast, but I feel like this should be expanded so that players are able to set up the quickcast/no quickcast option on every single champion. For example, I turned on the indicator for my E when I was playing Bard, but I want it on ONLY for Bard's E. I don't want to have to go into my menu every game I play Bard just to turn on the indicator, and the game after have to remember to go to the menu to turn it off. I understand that this really isn't a big deal, or even anything of importance, it's just a nice to have. But it's a really nice to have. Some people are lazy or forgetful (I qualify for both). Most of us can identify with one of those, and having a system built into the game where we can turn on indicator or quickcast for our abilities with champion specific settings would be totally awesome. Yes, at first it will take time to set it up and all, but generally I think it would be beneficial to have for the players that want it. Will this ever be implemented, probably not. I just want to hear your thoughts and see what you have to say.

TL;DR: I want to be able to set up indicator/quickcast for every single champion and their abilities. Example: Bard's E has indicator, none other abilities do. And I don't want to have to go to the menu to change it when I play Bard and then again when I don't play him. I'm just that lazy.
