I run Grasp of the Undying on Xin in my ranked account. To win against Quinn top, you have to kill her before she can knock you back and kite you, while also surviving her insane damage. So you run Titanic Hydra plus Triforce into Tank Items with Grasp of the Undying so that you can front load your damage as much as possible. Front-loading your damage also helps against Darius and Riven, since early-mid game Darius can be bursted down pretty easily while his Q's down, and to beat Riven, you have to chunk her down before she can use her bullshit shield.
