On a losing streak

So 1 week ago I was silver 1 100 lp 1 win, it looked like i was going to win the second game but i had an afk, third game of the promos too. I lost my promos and again afk. I was titled to so I stopped playing. a day later my bot was about 7/28 i had an afk and i won 1 game i was tilted again so i stopped. This day i lost 3 in a row and got demoted. so i played a bit got silver 2 100 lp but i lost my promos and after that i went on a huge losing streak I am 9lp silver 2 now. What can i do to fix this. Just focus on your own play and getting better each game. Unfortunately the current state of ranked is not healthy. Unless you are very, very, very good, good enough to overcome the trolls afks, bad matchups and win some of those games, it can be hard to climb. Especially on a low number of games played. The only real way to rank up, besides being a god, is to just to spam games, play as many as possible so that you hit those win streaks and if you are better than those around you, you will move up just based on the winning %. It's a volume thing to get to the win % that you should be at. Because of how it is you will hit large win streaks and large lose streaks no matter what.

For example I was moving up pretty steadily when I was able to play more games. Got to silver, but then got a new job and I only get to play a few games a week ranked if that (haven't played ranked in a few weeks). Now I win a few, but then if I lose a few hit a few trolls or afks for a few games it undoes weeks of work climbing because of my low volume of games. I need to just quit and play 24/7 for a few weeks, haha but that is not gonna happen... good luck.

Also play jungle more, it seems like it is your better role along with support.
