Is Nasus OP? if so how could riot nerf him

Whenever the top laners who do well against Nasus start falling behind due to itemization changes or even direct nerfs Nasus will start to do very well, and likewise when said top laners grow in strength Nasus becomes easier and easier to deal with.

It's all about early game snowballing, proper teamwide rotations, and pushing down objectives with your early advantage.
