Bring the old Akali back PLEASE RIOT

i really loved the old akali, i have played her on my old deleted account she was so fun and she was really unique. I just wanna ask if there is any chance of bringing the old akali back? At least in some gamemode. A lot of people would really be happy if riot brings the old akali back. what do you think guys?

I would definitely love the chance to play old akali again, they took her away right before i started playing her!

They were talking about reverting her, but apparently they decided to just kill her altogether because their precious true stealth shroud. Even professor Akali knew from the start that it was gonna be to strong and a balancing nightmare, but rito told him they weren't gonna change it because they wanted her to have something unique and special. Please Rito, just revert her already. Not many people complained about old akali and she was fun to play from the couple times I got to play her before the rework.

Yes, the old Akali was tricky to balance, but it wasn't even close to as bad as it is now after her rework, the old Akali was countered by pink wards, the new one just dances around you in shroud without any counterplay and kills everyone.

I am 100% for an Akali revert, the rework was a complete failure. Riot should just admit their mistake and cut their losses.

Except, her shroud will no longer “counterable”. It’ll be almost the exact same situation, minus what stealth she has under towers. Why? Because her shroud stealth pre-rework was made to be invisibility, like Kha and Vayne, so Control Wards don’t reveal her.

nah much different, this one gets a ranged auto attack, and does it very quick. They don't have time to react to where you are and can't even hit you back with the amount of time they have when akali is revealed. Plus they can't auto her bc she's too far.

Old Akali wasn't a balancing nightmare. Throughout her 8+ years in the game she was nerfed 13 times. That's a nerf once or twice a season. New Akali has been nerfed 7 times in less than a year.

They don't have to revert her. Literally the only problem and the only thing that makes Akali such a nightmare now is her true stealth shroud. Everyone knows it, everyone is telling Riot it, and when they solicited outside opinions for inputs, the answer they were given was "Remove True Stealth". Riot doesn't want to remove it because it is "unique", something that helps her stand out. And yet, because of that, she has received 7 nerfs since her release plus a nerf that riot instead called "zero power adjustment change". And now, with her most recent change, it has been stated that if she is now underpowered in pro-play as well, "we will have to find someway to balance her" (Repetoir). The answer is to remove True Stealth, but I bet you Riot won't do that.
