Yes, but she is difficult to play effectively. She is good because she can duel almost any melee champion in the game with only 2 items, but she is very skill dependent. If you are willing to devote time to her, you'll be fine.
the old fiora was the best I hope to remake as was
she's strong but hard to play. if you don't already know how to win lane, I wouldn't try picking her up.
