Mordekaiser - the Iron Revenant (Rework Idea)

Passive: Mordekaiser´s autoattacks beats his target into the ground. The target is rooted/grounded for 1.5 seconds. Rooted/grounded targets get a 10/8/6 seconds long cooldown until Mordekaiser can use his passive again on them.

Q: Mordekaisers next autoattack deals additional physical damage (scales with armor and total ad) and slows the enemy. He swings his mace from underneath and hit the chin of his target. This autoattack won´t cause his passive.

W: Mordekaiser gets a shield which has a value of 100/150/200/250/300 (+ 1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0 of his total armor) health points.

E: Mordekaiser swings his mace causing physical damage (scales with armor and additional ad) and knocking enemies back.

R: Mordekaiser controls the iron in your blood. He forces you to kneel before him where you stood and deals every second magic damage (scales with armor and ap). (Point and click 400 units range)

If you die from Mordekaiser´s damage, then he creates a iron reflection of you lasting x seconds. He has full control over it.


The idea is to make him more likely to be a tank than a juggernaut. But let him be able to oneshot people with appropriate builds.

Sounds interesting however his passive and W are to similar to Nautilus only they seem weaker, the Q feels like a Jax W an empowered attack and his E is a bit general, how does he swing it? is it an AOE swing that does damage to those in front of him or is it specific to the closest enemy. his ULT seems a bit to to powerful as it sounds like a stun allowing you to completely destroy your enemy while they sit there and do nothing for the duration.

The idea that his abilities can scale off of armour does sound cool though seeing as he's a living suit of armour and all :P
