Champ select takes too long

honestly, you dont need 30 fucking seconds to ban a champ or to lock in. that stupid ass champ select shit takes like 10 minutes if people are retarded and lock in at the last second. Then people dodge, have to wait another 10 min.

champ select should be 5 minutes MAX. 10 seconds to ban, 10 seconds to lock in and 20 seconds before the games starts to change masteries and shit.
