Bring Back Team Builder

For a long time team builder was my lobby of choice. It allowed me to choose the specific champion I wanted to play and where I wanted to play them. While I love the idea of dynamic queue, there is no reliable way for me to practice a champ against other players. Yes, I can practice in a custom game, but if I want to try out the newest champ per-say, there is no way to do so. Either everyone else on my team will also want to play them, or they will be perma-banned for weeks. To fix this, Riot needs to bring back team builder to allow us to play the champs we want. I'm tired of having a champ come out on the free week and getting to play them literally once over the course of that week. (I'm talking about when Udyr was free, got one game the whole week.)
