Update Singed's lore

I don't play Singed at all, but I do enjoy the thought of every League champion having a distinct and interesting background. That being said, Singed's lore is heavily outdated due to the fact that after Warwick's lore changed from being cursed by Soraka to consuming a potion made by The Mad Chemist, Singed still retains his lore from before that update. All I ask is that in the near future to atleast look into this and make some modern adjustments to his lore to better fit with everyone else's background.
