Riot Please help

Ok... so Here it is the situation. In my loot this is what I have in champion shards: Garen, Malphite, Master Yi, Sona and Teemo. What I do: Disenchant Sona and Teemo to get more essense Next: Try to unlock Malphite but when I click upgrade to champion permanent nothing nappens, same with Garen/Master Yi... Can someone please help me?
