Does ardent censer stack with karma ult plus E and items like Locket of the iron solary?

Mysticman891 votesArdent censer doesn't give a shield, so it doesn't 'stack' exactly. It does proc it's effect from any heal/shields though, including karma ult+E and locket active.

I'm still unsure what they meant by 'stack' though, so I'm wondering if maybe they meant to ask a slightly different question that isn't "Does this heal/shield effect trigger on these shields?", particularly where karma ult+e is pretty unambiguous (I can imagine people might be unsure if item actives 'count' by contrast).
