Add this to reportable offenses. been running into multiple "support" trolls that then refuse to support when they get into a game and call themselves the carry. I dont know if its just regular now for the community to be filled and complacent with trolls but its starting to ruin the game for me since ive come back.

Unless they are not actively trying to hinder their team, you have no say on that. Unless you're talking about people being assigned to the support role and straight up refusing to do it and going to the lane that's been assigned to someone else, which Lyte already stated was a punishable offense already.

It's also near impossible to judge without watching a replay of the game. Just because the support has kills or the Sona has a Lichbane does not mean they are unwilling to support their team. Besides, where exactly do you draw the line? Reported for Deathcap Janna? Reported for taking more than 20 CS in the laning phase? Reported for getting more kills than the ADC during laning? Reported for not having a good enough ward-per-minute ratio?

Unfortunately, while that's likely to disrupt your team harmony, players are free to play however they want as long as they aren't purposely trying to lose. For example, there's no rule saying support absolutely has to let adc take cs; heck, there's no rule saying someone has to play support. Yes, it's not going to benefit the team but by the end of the day they're still playing the game, so it's not really a reportable offense. If not bringing out the utmost potential of the team is reportable, then I guess grabbing ap on malphite is asking for a ban.

The ones ive ran into so far say "Im not the support im the carry" or a variation of that.. they seem to be bold about it and dont seem to think there will be repercussions

i mean refusing to do anything to support the adc including not body blocking when at full hp and adc is at 10% or lower. Pinging to engage on an enemy and immediately backing when the adc engages. not trying to take the cs but also trying to not allow the cs to be gotten when creep waves get to the tower.

I dont think taking cs when no one else is around isnt supporting, i think someone who is essentially supposed to make their adc's life as easy as possible but then baits their adc into death even 1 time isnt supporting. deaths can be forgiven but if after baiting their adc they immediately say they arent the support they are the carry i think that deserves them to be punished at least.
