so about a month ago i made a mini-rant complaining about how unfun kai'saKaisa was to play against and people were like lEaRn To CoUnTeR hEr but as it turns out i was right kai'saKaisa WAS the strongest adc in the game and as a result to that she was almost uncounterable at any elo unless you have a cc-heavy support who could outsmart herBlitzcrank Thresh Pyke so when the patch 9.18 came to the pbe and read that she finally got the much needed nerf i was EXTREMELY happy with that until i actually realised that it could be compensated by changing her standard legend bloodline rune to legend alacrity and get a lifesteal item likeitem 3072 that's not enough she is still insanely broken because of her burst dmg and her overloaded kit so a simple -20% attack speed on e isn't gonna do jack shit who needs her (imo) shitty skins other than kai'sa mainsKaisa anyway just because she is the only adc in league's yt channel's most viewed video doesn't mean that other adcs like my man lucianLucian and most notably kalistaKalista belong in the fucking trash EVEN AKALIAkali WHO MAKES A SHITTON OF MONEY ON KDA SKINS GOT NERFED and even xayahXayah who has a pretty good skin coming up next patch got nerfed out of s tier so why not do the same on kai'saKaisa she actually needs and deserves a nerf skins aren't eventhing if your game is bad rant over

They should lower the movespeed she gets from her E, and have the scaling with attack speed increase with rank.

Kai'Sa shouldn't get a way to sprint into range or escape from danger early on. Supercharger should be a channel that slowly evolves into a pseudo-dash, not a movespeed boost that evolves into a better movespeed boost.

I think making AD from level ups NOT COUNT towards evolutions should have been done ages ago. If AD/AP from RUNES doesn't count why should the base count? Makes no sense.

Make her evolutions only count stats from ITEMS.

lets start with the fact that she has no weaknesses 1st, design some weaknesses into her kit 1st, we are talking about a champ where her E's AS reduces its OWN CD...not ok

some she has some actual weaknesses then talk about whether she needs nerfs or not.

The one thing I question is: Why does Phantom Hit still work with Kai and Vayne's ohd passives? Its the reason why Kai is still melting people, its the reason why Vayne isn't dead as a champ, like...the writing is on the walls.
