what are the perks of getting lv 6 mastery?
Game wants me to spend some resources in order to get a mastery, but what do i get for that? Or is it only to take some money from me?

It doesn't even take money from you... It doesn't want you to do anything, it's there as option if you want it.
You get the emblem. The mastery levels 6 & 7 were created for players who wanted something else to do with their Blue Essence so they were made as a further optional activity. It gives players who wanted additional mastery levels a goal for playing their champions that they enjoy.
If you don't care for that, that is your business alone.
