Is AP Ezreal a thing again?

Just curious. I've seen a few AP Ezreals in my last few games, and before that I don't think I had seen one in like a year.

Side note, they both fed pretty hard.

His E actually has good AP scaling, it's good for all in trades.

Been seeing a lot of him in the Poro game mode! But like others have said he sees some play especially from faker!
