i think new katarina is totally Balanced. It is normal, when damn champ have mobility more than 5 lee sins and dmg that malting even tanks. it is like you need some skill to get a first kill, and no skill to get others 15 kills coz in most cases you wont be able to react on this burst damages that kills you for 0.5 sek. youtube is full of vid where katarina "outplay" whole enemy team by constatly jumping like it's urf mode and riot still thinks that this is legal. by the way it was nice idea to make 100% ap scale on her dagger (former Sinister Steel) when it use to be 30%, now you dont even need ult to 1 shot person.

but new Katarina cant 1 shot she never could she is able to burst you down in a matter of 2 seconds but she needs resets and all her abilities to do so

think of a one shot as a ap Pantheon landing on you with his ult and doing about 1700 damage and thus 1-shotting you without using any other abilities
