I feel like people should have at least mastery 4 in 2 champs each role before coming into rank is hard to get out of bronze when i have someone that just got to level 30 and doesn't even have runes ready .

Bronze is not hard to get out of. You are too caught up in yourself to realize that. Stop worrying about your teammates, focus on yourself and you will get out super easily. This is what I did to go from Silver 5 to Diamond 5 in a season. It's not hard whatsoever.

The other thing is that many people have suggested this, and it's never going to happen because it is dumb. Being mastery on a champ just means that you have played a lot of that champ, it means nothing about the quality of your play.

you don't think the fact that someone could just come in without any work to put in makes the number of trolls higher i mean is a free account that you could have in rank within week and ready to troll if the process is longer it will discourage toxic players from coming into rank you understand is not about masteries but it is because even i went in to rank without any knowledge and messed up games for other people and now i realized how bad it is when its happening to me but just recently i had two games with no adc first yasuo than rental and in one of those games we had a yi that fed all lanes than afked.
