Hi friends,how do I play the new Fizzy?

Hi friends, how are you doing on this fine day?I need some help ,by now you might of heard of the nice, new, assassin skill changes,and if not you will soon; anyway Fizz is my second favorite champion but I just don't understand how to play him now.I get killed before the 2 seconds for Fizz Seastone trident is available.(I am not very good at this game)Any insight for playing new Fizz would be greatly appreciated. Marksman with life-steal give me the most trouble because they heal faster than I can kill them.

I build Fizz likesummoner 1 summoner 4 item 3165 item 3020 item 3100 item 3152 item 3285 and item 3135 oritem 3089 and my rune page is attack speed and ability power.

The literally only changed the R in a simple way and you still can't figure it out, and why on earth would you build attack speed on AP Fizz what's wrong with you.

summoner 1 Is only situational if for example they have a CC reliant champ like Annie , take summoner 14 instead in most matchups.

item 3165 First item on Fizz is really bad, you need to snowball early or else you will be near to useless so you need burst like item 3100 or item 3001 if you're getting rekt.

Last hit with W to push lane to tower so you can roam and gank from 6 onwards

Build should be this

Core: item 3020 item 3100 item 3152 item 3157 with rest situational

Max E, Q, W, go Flash Ignite 9/10 times
