Who else is annoyed with ranked trolls or 4v5's

I wrote a support message to riot, it was as follows:

I have been playing ranked a lot and have noticed one BIG problem. people disconnecting. I would love a reasonable answer to why I should lose a provisional match when two of my players disconnect. I was playing and two players disconnected which led to us losing obviously. It is like saying that if you play a game 3v5 and lose, you should be penalized. This is also the case with LP. Lose a game that is literally impossible to win, and your down 20 LP. This needs to be brought up among the community so this problem can be fixed.
