How do you get a silver adc to build the one item that will in you the game?

I just got done with a game with an ashe adc against a draven soraka. I was playing tahm kench and the entire game i told this adc to build executioners culling because it hurts raka bad. Reduces her healing a lot. And the entire time this adc would just laugh and point out my adc because as tk your suppose to save your adcs but even if you die so thats what i did. So my question is how do you convince an adc to build 1 item that would more and likely win us the entire game?

mention the enemy champ thats healing too much, and say something like “we could use an executioner’s” or something, and then hope for the best

beyond that, nothing, as any more than that will probably just tilt them

Been trying to get them to do that for a while, i eventually gave up trying and started build item 3165 myself(if we even make it late enough into the game for me to do).

Honestly, you can't. I had a game as Nami vs Red Kayn, Maokai, and Soraka, and I was the only person on our team who built healing cut. The enemy Maokai even pointed out after the game, "Nami is the only one with healing cut", and I had to buy Morello, which isn't exactly a cheap item.

I mean, luckily there is Bramble, so at least you can be tanky and still have some healing cut, but it's not as good as Executioners. I've come to the conclusion that if we need an item, I have to build it. Did top Sion build Banner, guess I need to build one. Oh look, Singed has ZZ'rot, guess I'll get that next. It's annoying, but it tends to work better than expecting people to listen to sound advice.

You can’t. They are silver ADCs for a reason.

You tell them either they build it or you take enough lane farm to build one yourself.

Honestly, Play a role/champ that can solo carry low elo. My best experiences are when i don't have to rely on teammates to win the game, I'd rather just do it myself.

Majority of Players are too incompetent in Silver. Don't Trust in them to win the game for you.... as bad as that sounds.

I mean, if they weren't competent enough to take your suggestion of building GW into a soraka lane....

I don't think its in your best interest to put all your eggs in THAT basket.
