Evelyn in ARAM

I'm having an issue in that I disproportionately roll Evelyn in aram. She's not fantastic to play in aram and I'm not particularly good with her nor do I enjoy her gameplay. I get Evelyn in ARAM so much that I save rerolls exclusively for her. Even then the problem continues, I reroll twice and land back on her, or I reroll straight back into her and waste the reroll. I've dodged frequently because of it and have ended up in the low priority queue in the past. It gets to the point where I often don't bother to play when I don't have rerolls because I can't be bothered to deal with playing her. (I'm very bad with her, I've tried all different builds) I'm wondering if this is a hidden feature or if anyone else has noticed they exclusively roll the same champion in aram over and over.
