Ranked Queue Runes/Masteries - A Potential Q.O.L. Update

Problem: So far I've had two people not take masteries in ranked games long after the masteries were swapped up. These people also never said a single word outside of champ select. It did make me start thinking about people who would either troll by intentionally not taking masteries or by accidentally forgetting to set up their masteries because they missed the message that masteries had been wiped.

Potential Solution: Would it be possible to implement a feature that popped up when attempting to go into a ranked game without masteries/runes that basically said "Hey you forgot _____, click here to set up your masteries!" and if they didn't they wouldn't be able to enter the ranked queue.

Reason It's Important: It seems like a small change but it would help a great deal against both accidents and potential ranked trolls; it would be an important feature that carried between seasons so if for instance this season the mastery notification didn't originally pop up at least you wouldn't end up in a ranked game without them (on top of keeping people who simply decided not to get runes for whatever reason towards the start of them ranking from getting their butt kicked. They are important.) It would be a valuable quality of life update towards ranked I feel.

Side Note: Even someone taking AP masteries/runes on Yasuo will likely find more success than someone taking nothing.
