Don't play ranked if you do this.
Walk away from your computer when the game is loading, then you're just afk in the fountain until minions spawn. This is completely fucking idiotic.

As long as they're back by 1:00, they can make it to lane in time. By 1:05 they'd get to lane late but would still be able to get full exp. Anything afterwards should wait out 3 mins and let the team remake.
If it makes a significant difference then they wont climb with you who doesn't.
