This game is horrible, the community makes it worse.

A shitty, direct x 9 programmed moba that graphically looks like a pile of garbage. The visuals have had minor updates over the years, and the same 3 "metas" have been recycled over and over and over again over the course of its approaching decade of existence. Completely and utterly poor character design that makes about 20-25 champions truly viable while the rest of their champions sit in a weird sorta-uselsss super niche limbo that makes the same team comps appear over and over and over again.

Meanwhile, this deplorable excuse of a "gaming" company reaps in fucking millions upon countless millions of dollars for their f2p shitfest, and instead of deciding of making a better game, or greatly improving it (direct x 12 is out you should actually fucking consider making a modernized and good looking game in 2016), they just keep pouring these millions into advertisement, tournaments showing off "pro" players, and pocketing the rest so the lazy and pampered employees can continue to play ping pong for several hours in the riot breakroom. Sometimes, when they pull the ping pong paddle out from between their buttcheeks, they occasionally release a new champion as well! Never balanced out of the box however. It's guaranteed to be completely useless until buffed to god-tier, or just utterly game breaking out of the box (cough cough diana cough). And the entire time, as if adding delicious hot fudge fecal matter to shit vanilla shit sundae, the community is populated by idiots. COnstant verbal abuse, feeding, trolling, and death threats from 12 y/o's and autists.

It's hasn't been fun in years guys. I'm tired of getting depression from a video game, and now it's time to say farewell to this uselsss waste of hard drive space that has sucked in thousands of hours of my life that I will never get back.

I hope riot uses the obnoxious amount of money they make to make a quality game instead of continuing to push this garbage.

What I am really saying is why can't you just leave the game without making a post? Literally everyone who threatens to leave this game makes some long ass post and then comes back a week later. I just hope you actually quit the game for reals, like if you come back a week later that's what pisses me off.

I'm gone dude. Quit for 10 months during season 4, came back on the request of my younger friends.

Now? It's shit again. I'm not going through this endless cycle anymore. I think I'll put my time into actually good games.

Wow, not wasting hours on a fucking shit game like league allowed me to pursue other hobbies and interests and focus on my career and I've become a better person. I think I'll stick to not playing this pile of coding diarrhea!

I have to agree with you in many things. It is a pretty bad game now, and the toxic is horrible along with OP champs and money making scam they have to rake in that cash! Buffing a champ here as the come out with a new skin for it nerfing it there when the money is made and much more. But the toxic and scripting is a huge one for me because it has become extremely bad! I think the biggest for me though is the cowards behind the statements who would never talk like that in real life in fear of losing their teeth or their friends finding out! But what can you do, there will always be puppets and internet toxic coward trolls. The nature of the beast, their true natures come out when their faces are hidden! As for the game yeah with what is being developed now and coming out I am surprised this game is still here!

why are you even here then? no one is forcing you to play a game that you don't enjoy and you are only making yourself look like a moron by coming here and complaining about how the game looks and how it was programmed... it's an old game that anyone can play regardless of how terrible their PC/Laptops are. Also the game looks like a pile of garbage? sorry it doesn't look like your super realistic next gen graphics but the game actually looks pretty damn good still. Quantity has a quality all its own, in otherwords popularity is actually a very reasonable way to gauge whether or not a video game (a form of entertainment) is success. Sure it may not have the best graphical quality, it may not run the smoothest, the programmers and designers arent the most perfect robotic designers everyone would like to see. Terms like good, bad, adequate are purely relative, you may think dog food tastes bad, so you call it bad, but a dog may think it tastes GREAT so it is great. So just because you dont like the dogfood does that mean it isnt a success?

As a human, I prefer well cooked, well made food for Homo sapiens. In the same way I like well designed videogames.

I guess dogfood is a great comparison to league now that I think of it. We feed it to lowly pet creatures of the lowest common denominator because it's cheap and plentiful.

Also quantity just means it appeals to the laymen or people at the beginning of the IQ bell curve. Just like mountain dew, vodka in plastic bottles, bud light, beats by Dr Dre, Doritos, call of duty, opioids, and everything apple makes.

Here, let me wave my god damn magic risperadol wand to fix all the shitty degenerate Mongoloids who propogate to the free to play model of this game.

And all rito is an example of is how shitty game design + obnoxious amounts of advertising/esports can still allow you to make a "profit" while taking literally months to pay your "pro" players the money they won in LCS tournaments.
