Poppy un-usable ult

So basically I main poppy, actually about all I play is poppy. Anyway I'm bronze 3 nothing major or amazing but lets talk about poppys ult. So i've encountered multiple matches where her ult just goes thru ppl. It's her ultimate weapon a GAINT MAGIC HAMMER and your telling me half the champs out their can ignore it? Now dodging it is one thing. So lets take some examples I ulted and it hit a WW who at the last and i mean last millisecond used his ult as my hammer passed through him he jumped through and nawed my face off. Next i was against a kat I ulted her while she was ulting and yet again she ate the ult and stayed there. Even fizzs stick hop which the stick is still on the ground, while i know it's an invulnerable move he can't be hit by it even though the stick still is on the ground. I'm cool with all of the poppy nerfs she still needs nerfed IMO but at least make the ult work. . . whats the point if half the champs i use it against can just eat it to the face.

Warwick is CC immune during the travel time of his ult

It's a skillshot... you are rewarded for hitting the skillshot properly and are not rewarded if it misses. Like all skillshots it travels if someone flashes/blinks/etc... over it; it will not hit the target.

And no it doesn't matter that the stick of Fizz's pole is still on the ground, his skill renders him invulnerable. I would not try to bring in real world logic to a video game otherwise someone still needs to explain how a damn universe spinning in your direction gets stopped by a simple wind wall.

No because any change to poppy that isn't a straight up nerf is ridiculous. When 100% of challenger and pro players admit she is broken, the champ needs to be gutted.

As a Poppy top main, no. The thing with Katarina sounds weird, and it'd be helpful if there was visual evidence to give a better idea of whether it was just "Unlucky", some godly mechanical outplay by the Katarina or one of her teammates, or possibly a bug. But no. There are many counters to it because it's such a potentially strong ability. I've saved myself or my teammates more than once in both 1v1s and teamfights with a clutch Poppy ult. If I could do that every single time, that'd feel pretty bad for the enemy team. And on the flipside, enemies who have abilities or items that specifically negate spells/abilities or their effects really shouldn't have to worry about special cases, where what should be a reliable means of not getting fucked over could be ignored by an ability simply because it'd make that ability's user feel better.
