Minion Block and movement....

Nothing about the issues i have been seeing ppl complaining about seem to be in the patch notes... why is this a problem now, did they change something about it? also, it seems like everyone is really getting annoyed by this issue and i have noticed a slight difference in the paths but i haven't really had any problems with it...
