An Assassin should be mobile to be able to get in (on the target) and get out. So I hope she'll have a dash that could reset on kills or something along those lines.

I hate hypermobility assassins and enjoy Eve greatly as she is (the only real assassin I can play) so I don't mind one mobility spell but please don't make her an Ekko
- Tell me one assassin that is currently healthy and working that is NOT hypermobile (has a winrate above 51% as in not considered unhealthy or overpowered).
Pretty easily actually:
- Win rate is between 50% and 53% at most
- Most efficient build from statistical sites show they are building core items for the class they belong to (stacking lethality and such for assassins, for example)
- Do not have an above average ban rate compared to other champions in their class

You wanted me to name some "Healthy" assassins who were not hypermobile. I said there aren't any with the way you want to describe them down to their builds and you go ahead naming one of the unhealthiest assassins there are.

Top is healthier than those two and her mobility is extremely conditional while building fair amounts of lethiality while being played like an assassin.

From the video it looks like she can set a location and jump back to it from her video. Based on the fact that she used flash to cross the wall before that she probably doesn't have much mobility beyond that. At least not wall hopping mobility. Her mark attack looks like it might have a dash to the hit target though it wasn't obvious in the video because Lucian was so close to her when she did the second part of it.
