Elo Hell Question

Hey so I've been stuck in Gold 1 every game because of the due fact that my teammates are literally silver 1. What is the logic on that? That makes absolutely no sense to me. I am just tilted to the point where I don't want to be nice to anyone anymore because they either are so damn negative about the game and afk on FB or have someone who feeds. I just want to return to plat but everytime I get close I get a stupid set of teammates on which one are much lower in rank than me, and two, depending on how I do, will depend on whether I win game or not. I've done literally everything (Being nice and cooperative, winning lane) and still i cant get out of this elo. Don't give me the BS of i'm not good enough because I practically win my lane the majority of the time. My question is, what is the point of matching me with lower ranked people when I should at least be matched with someone in the same division as me. IT IS UTTERLY FRUSTRATING when I have to work so damn hard to try and 1v9 the entire game. I also don't understand on how the algorithm in this game works. I may not be the best but seriously why pair me up with someone who isnt even qualified to be in Gold in the first place. I'm starting to not enjoy this game at all and is wasting a crap ton of time just trying to get back to where I was. Y'all seriously need to work on this stupid Dynamic que and bring back the old one. I don't care much about solo que but I do miss the way the old one paired up people. It just seemed more fair back then than now. Anyways I'm probably going to quit this game because I am so damn frustated. You can look at my games and check my damage per champ or whatever y'all look at to measure player skill and see if I'm lying.
