Ranked System

First off, if you aren't a riot employee, screw off. I am seriously questioning this system. I was recently placed in Bronze 5 in Ranked flex (5v5) and I was extremely disappointed to see this because I had 6 wins and 4 losses. I never died a lot in a game, in a few of these games I even got honors. I also was playing against silver players and with some silver friends as well. I am starting to regret putting any money into this game. Also, I have 3 questions on Info@riotgames that no one answers anymore, so this is where I post this.
