The game feels broken. Everything is either OP as hell or weak AF. Its a game full of one shoting. Because they changed such a core part of the game everyone and everything needs rebalancing...
Very few champions got a massive indirect buff with the new runes, and a whole lot of champions got gutted with the change. They did not think about the damage when changing everyone's HP and HP growth stat or Armor values, hell they didn't even change more than half of the mage galleries armor values so now that once they are picked, you can blow them up without a second thought and they can't do squat to you because the old runes made them viable in some degree.
