where were people crying during patch 5.16? it takes patch 6.6 to say that she's OP? i call bullshit, in her release she was weak and everyone knew it, now they are re-versing needed buffs, go FUCK yourselves Riot, done with Fiora, gona play a champ you guys recently buffed until that get's nerfed in a couple patches and rince and repeat, meanwhile League is declining and LCS is declining and i wonder why?

RIOT think a champ Fiora that currently has a win rate of 50.02% is way too OP. So they nerfed her. Not to mention those champs who have 53% 52% win rate ---- they need a buff.
