Final ADC Item?
Assuming that is my build^ What's my final item for max basic attack damage?
(More AD) or 
/ 
(More AS)?
Or is it simply better to grab Guardian Angel?

to keep yourself from being cc'd to your inevitable death
well, in my opinion it should depend on how well you are surviving teamfights and how safe you are while fighting, when you have a cc champ like ww or skarner (or zed) on the enemy team, id recommend a scimitar. if you are super safe and get strong peels, than id recommend a rapid firecannon. should you however be a champ like draven, where you have to spam an ability, than essence reaver is the way to go. phantom dancer is only really good if you are vayne or you have to put up with someone chasing you the whole fight (like a volibear or nautilus). but thats just my opinion
It depends on a lot of factors. Essence Reaver is really only efficient on casters like Lucian, Varus, Miss Fortune or Ezreal. If you're a caster, probably Essence Reaver (although in all reality you likely built jt first on them).
If crit based, it still depends on a couple factors. If your support has Zeke's Harbinger, then you don't need anymore crit chance. I would then suggest going for a more defensive item to keep from getting blown up in fights. Guardian Angel is a solid option but I prefer to go towards the Maw of Malmortius or Mercurial Scimitar, depending on what is the larger threat. If hard CC is your threat then Scimitar (think Morgana or Thresh). If high burst Magic damage is your threat then go Malmortius (think LeBlanc or Fizz).
Now, with that being said, realistically if you are trying to just maximize your damage and giving up all defensive capabilities, then you're probably best off with Essence Reaver on casters and RFC or Hurricane on non-casters. However, I think you would find that unless you are 20k gold ahead, if you go with that build you will less damage over the course of the game as you will get blown up more often.
