New ban system flaw

In the old system whenever there were 10 seconds left to pick a champ and league was in the background or something, its would warn you. Since the update it doesnt do this anymore. Fix this plz. Have a 15 minute wait now cus i was relying on your system to warn me as it used to do.

Why do you need a system to warn you, when you're already alerted when you're able to queue into a room?

Even with the mechanics of the old ban system, plenty of people either unintentionally or deliberately ignore their time to either ban or choose. I'm not sure how effective this would be in the end.
