Hello Unless I missed them in the patch notes.I was wondering why talon didn;t get any buffs like zed in one of these preseason patches. In my opinion Talon feels notably weaker than before due to flask removal and hp pots changed price. Someone please illuminate me with some knowledge ^^. Thank you

Indominus Blade2 votesTalon is stronger than Zed atm when it comes to raw damage and burst. Zed has saver more defensive laning phase and ult. The only buff Talon needs is lowering his mana costs or increasing his mana pool or increasing his mana regen or a combination of those.
Edge of Daybreak2 votesTalon may be weaker due to itemization but he doesn't really need the buffs. The mastery changes next patch do actually buff him since he applies his burst faster than most assassins. Riot is also releasing some item for AD assassins so that should make him much better.
forist1 votesCompare their play-rates: talon at 3% vs zed at 14%. Of course they are going to pay more attention to the champion that sees more play, I mean zed's played almost 5x as much as talon atm. I agree, Talon may need buffs more than zed does, but it's not really a priority if no one plays him.
