Cassiopeia Tenacity
is unable to get any sort of tenacity as the items that had tenacity other than 
have been removed. With unable buy boots, I find this to be a glaring issue when ever I play her.

Slamurai Jack2 votesI can't help but feel this is intentional on Riot's part. Her kiting and anti-kiting measures are already so good for a ranged champion that Tenacity on top of that would probably be overkill.

Targon1 votesShe does gain MS per level but the OP is trying to say that since Cassiopeia cannot buy boots anymore there is no way to obtain tenacity on her in Summoner's Rift.
