Riven sound-effect issue

Hello,

Lately I've been noticing a sound effect issue on Riven which is kind of messing with my combos. Her Q's dont make any noise anymore..?

The AA's make the sound effect, but the Q's don't, especially the last knockup one.

I checked my sound settings, I see nothing out of the ordinary that would delete this certain sound effect.
