Its taking so long to find a game because support is such a hard role to find. Riot should encourage players to play Support role in Que. For example more chance to drop keys frags or extra IP in wins. I think this help the game a lot. Less waiting time.
No. Then people will play my main role. I like instant Q times.
See I don't personally see this solving the problem though. Plus just seems like something people will just abuse just for the sake of getting stuff faster. Plus then what's happens if they do something like this and now Top or Jungle is taking forever to find because everyone wants to play Support?
What they should be doing is seeing why people don't like playing the role and fix it from there. As someone who mains support though I like it currently. It's fun and enjoyable for me to play that role and I feel much more comfortable unlike ADC/Mid/Jungle worrying about kills, CS, etc. I'll ward where it needs to be warded, and help my adc early game.

I think a guaranteed % of games in your main role would be enough, as it would bring back many secondary support. Right now just main support are queuing as support, because having it as a role will lead to play it almost 100% of the time.
Really. When I was doing my placements all of my queues, all of them, took less than 10 seconds.
Then again I picked fill as primary and played support for all 10 placements...
