flash or tp
i am a jgler, and i am wondering if i should pack either tp or flash with smite.

The question is usually Flash or Ghost. I'm sure there is some jungler out there that uses Teleport/Smite, but at the same time I don't see a reason why you would. Your SS are usually Smite/Flash Smite/Ghost Smite/Ignite Smite/Exhaust (the last one being the least used, but I've seen some people get away with it). While I've seen Smite/Teleport before, I've never seen the teleport actually be useful on the jungler.
