Trolls in League of Legends

I am tired of trolls in League of Legends this is the 7th time in season 5 that I have had to climb up from bronze 5 just because I get a troll or unskilled player on my team sometimes even multiple they feed so hard or assist the other team and nothing gets done about it for people to call League of Legends a game they should not play in ranked they go to norms and get better there or troll there for players like me that are good and constantly get lower and lower in ranked for no reason it is unfair that we can report them and nothing gets done about Riot please make a system that makes sure that trolls and unskilled players don't get placed into matches with people that consistently get good results in games or something of that nature I have played this game for 3 years and have not gone into silver once. Al because of these trolls and unskilled players then i get reported for being toxic and being called mean when it is mean for players to come into ranked and punish players that actually care about their rank and we get reported for it when they just troll and continue to do so while the players that care get banned from games or chat restriction I think they should get the ban or restriction for going 0-7 in the first 10 minutes of the game giving me no chance to catch up when the other teams adc is already 21-0 by 15 minutes. Thank you for taking time to read my rant on League of Legends please do something so that players that actually care don't get discouraged.
