Why does it seem that all early game junglers suck now

making the camps spawn later hurt early game junglers, but we got over it. making camps stronger to match chickens was just plain dumb, but we got over it. making us level up slower pretty much makes early game junglers useless. it takes up too long to get to where we can gank efectively and still at lvl 3-4 when the mid and top laner is lvl 5. it makes it far to difficult and makes early game junglers rely on their laners far too much.
