When a 5v5 game starts if 1 player does not load at the start of the match or load before minions spawn, the game should automatically end.

I was 5-0 for season 5 ranked and I'm now 5-1!

Got my first loss of the season all because someone DID NOT LOAD at the start of the game and never even came back.

So again if a player does not load at the start of the game. So if a game is starting and its already a 4v5 because a player did not load. The game should automatically end.

Obviously if someone afks 5mins into the game and leaves there is no way to prevent this. or apply this suggestion to that, but if someone never joined the game at all! The game should END right away or go back to MATCH QUE and bring in a new player.

Or maybe they can give each team a 5-10 minute pause time? Then again, is it the enemy's fault your teammate didn't get into the game? Why should they be punished? Stuff happends, you win and lose games.

Only if a player never joins the game it only makes sense to return to que. If I play joins and then goes afk I agree with you but when the player never joins the friggin game its lame playing ranked tryin to 4v5 with noobs.
