When will you do something about skarner?

He is still close to fucking useless after his rework. His rework adressed none of his issues whilte created even more. He is now forced for 1 build path which ALLWAYS contains just to scratch the BARE MINIMUM of being useful. If you build him tanky, he deals next to no damage , you build him a few dmg items he gets exploded. No real gapcloser (even worse than bear) and 0 stickiness ability. Just overall sux balls.

Honestly, I have been waiting for Skarner to be improved, his Q damage has been halved, he lacks mobility, he's really mana hungry, and he can't really sustain much with his shield. Skarner can die fast in all builds, even tank. He needs a buff. I made a thread about this too.

"he deals next to no damage" hahaha i don't know what you're smoking but it sounds great, skarner does so much damage as a tank.
