Why is there an option for "No Ban" in draft?

I feel like its troll and its unnecessary and defeats the purpose of queuing for draft.

Some players don’t care who they play against and want to learn more matchups. Everyone gets their own ban, so if a player(s) it really has no impact on the team seeing as you really have no idea what the other team is picking. I could ban Aatrox instead which is effectively a non ban and still doesn’t affect your team

Some like to have more options up for stronger picks, so they don't ban. Honestly, while I dislike people wasting bans as well, just not banning is kind of frustrating, but understandable IF done for strategic reasons. But when it is just from them not paying attention, then it is not appreciated.

I queue for draft so we don't end up with mirror compositions or lanes. I don't really care about the banning phase so much.

Faker needed a real option.

Banning nothing isn't very trolly in my expert opinion. My go-to troll ban is Karthus. Then when somebody comments on it, which they usually will, I tell them his ult is ridiculous and unfair, and they almost always call me an idiot and sometimes dodge because they think I'm actually boosted.
