her rocket form is annoying , just back off when she uses it on minions and you'll most likely shit on her early game

she has a 50.3 percent winrate globally and above gold it already drops to a 49.8 percent winrate. That seems fine to me.
I also don't think she is that strong right now, there are just other ad carries and ap carries on the bot lane that I find frustrating
